Great Marsh Preservation Advocates works to
restore and preserve endangered structures in order to
preserve the heritage that is unique to our area.
Founded in 2011, Great Marsh Preservation Advocates, Inc. is a registered 501c3 charitable organization interested in restoring and preserving endangered historic structures in the Essex County area of Massachusetts. We have been concerned with the constant loss of historic homes, mills, barns, and other structures over the past few years and have created a group dedicated to the protection of these structures in our area. Essex County is one of the earliest settled places in the United States and contains many structures that date back to the early settlement of America, the American Revolution and the early industrialization of America. Our goal is to help preserve and protect these resources before they are lost forever.
